From EOS® Planning to Brand Strategy
Clever is a strategic film production company focused on episodic docuseries content for brands.
As they were planning for the next stage of growth, Clever implemented EOS® and got to work on their Vision/Traction Organizer®. At this point, they partnered with Brave Co. to take action on the outlined target market, three uniques and proven process.
As a continuation to the EOS® planning process, Brave Co. refined the marketing strategy by surfacing relevant consumer insights, positioning the brand and translating how their core values and focus manifested into brand positioning, purpose and tone / voice.
