Agency Search for New Media Partner

 
 

Alongside St. Thomas’ CMO, we provided consultation as the university searched for a new media agency.

St. Thomas was looking for a strategic partner with a consumer-first approach that understood the complexity of higher education lead generation and was able to serve the various schools needing support throughout the university.

 
 
 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitated search process, from discovery through selection

  • Provided input and feedback on the Request for Proposal (RFP)

  • Contributed to potential agency partner list and vetted agencies

  • Attended all agency presentations and working sessions

  • Offered objective perspective and reasoning on preferred agency

 

Outcomes

  • Discovery: casted a relatively wide net, capabilities presentations from 8 agencies

  • Point-of-view: narrowed list to 4 agencies, had them create a media strategy

  • Collaboration: media strategy presented to UST in workshop format

  • Evaluation: created documentation and facilitated feedback meetings

  • Scope: selected agency asked to provide detailed scope-of-work

  • Agency remains the media partner of St. Thomas today
